As professionals there are a number of things we need to check and look out for when we meet your dogs at the salon, so every time they come for their weekly or monthly groom we carry out a routine health check where we quickly make sure if there is any signs of infection, illness, injury or worse.
For pet owners, it is extremely important to know how to carry out these routine health checks, especially if you do not take your pets to the groomers or vets that often. Being able to carry out health checks yourself saves you a lot of time and money, and can prevent the need for your dog going to the vets.
