Some people find the idea of using a muzzle a bit scary and don't enjoy seeing dogs with muzzles on but it is actually very safe for the dog and a whole lot safer for you.

Muzzles only need to be used in certain situations when you feel that you are either in danger or are nervous about the dog you are grooming. Do not use a muzzle when there is no need to use one, and if you do need to use a muzzle then know how to apply and use one properly before.
